Frequently Asked Questions:
Do donors get paid?
No. Only the one dollar at contract signing.
Why is this better than sperm banks?
1. Cost. 2. The longer the sperm are outside the body, the more die. With us, the transfer is almost immediate.
Are the donors unique to Synglz?
Yes. We have interviewed them all, and they have all passed STD tests. We send you the list, and you choose. Then you meet the donor.
When do recipients pay the one dollar?
Only after they have chosen a donor, have met the donor, have reviewed a contract, and signed the contract with the donor.
Total cost is really only one dollar?
Yes. Unless you choose an extra service like nurse assisted insemination.
What are the insemination choices?
Either nurse assisted, or self.
What are the insemination location choices?
Either at a nurse medical office, at an Airbnb/hotel, or your home.
What insemination location is used most often?
Most recipients have friends or relatives fill their house/apartment and inseminate at home, because it is free.
How does the insemination process work?
Donor goes to nurse office, Airbnb, or home/apartment; he fills a cup and leaves.
Have you created any pregnancies in the last 12 months?
Yes. Many.
How many insemination attempts does it usually take?
Most only require one. Depends on recipient age and cycle type. We suggest a certain technique that maximizes the probability of pregnancy.
Do we have to use the Synglz attorney prepared contract?
No. Recipient can have their attorney create a contract. Donor has to agree to it before signing.
Why one dollar and not just totally free?
Legal contracts require "good and valuable consideration" to be given in exchange for the donor DNA, to make a valid contract.
What information do you need from the recipient?
Only your age, if you already have children, and if you have a Nevada license or ID.
Does the recipient need to show you their ID?
No. The notary will need it for when the contract is signed.
Can I use a fake name and phone number until I am comfortable with the process and donor?
Yes. You only need to be the real you when you sign the contract!
What are the next steps?
Request donor list. Select donor. Meet donor. Review contract. Sign contract. Pay one dollar.
